Good Product! Liar supplier (Austin Bazaar) Dec 06, 2010

It's a good product for up to an intermediate player. The point here is that I ended up not buying through amazon.com (Austin Bazaar in the Market Place) because this store is a liar, they didn't tell the truth not even when I gave them the chance to do it. They sent me 2 shipping notification e-mails with tracking number but they never send any product (and the impression I have they never meant to) and ended up saying they didn't have the product but the product was still available at Amazon.com (so, they were looking to trick more people). Also, they never let me know that product won't arrive, I only found out the product won't arrive when I complain the day after they estimated arrival date expired. So, if you are a beginner or intermediate Sax player, it's a great product but don't get it through Austin Bazaar because you will never get it and, instead, will have a huge head ache with this dishonest business, that, by the way, don't know amazon.com don't get rid of this type of people that do not honor the good name amazon.com has been building over the year.
